Are you Insured?
We are fully insured and apart of the WSIB Excellence program. We are covered up to 2 Million for protection of your home and your neighbors property. WSIB is very important to protect the homeowner in case anyone from our team get injured on the job.
Do you hire SUB-Contractors?
NO. NEVER. All workers present on any of our jobsites are 100% On Pitch Roofing Personnel. Our crew consists of 9 On Pitch Roofing employees.
Do you protect my property and clean up?
Roofing is a big, messy job. A lot of waste must be hauled away and disposed of. We will protect your home from falling debris with tarps and plywood, we don’t risk unnecessary damage to your home. We guarantee we will clean up the property completely, including the eaves-troughs and gardens around your home. We remove small metal pieces such as nails with a magnetic push bar multiple times through out the install.
What Material do you use?
We offer a wide variety of products, all of them are quality known brands made for our warm and extreme cold weather here in Ontario Canada. CertainTeed Landmark Shingles would be our #1 choice of Architectural Style Shingles, Also GAF Timberline HDz Shingles and products. All of our materials we recommend are compliant with Canadian Building Code requirements.
Do you Warranty your work?
We offer a 12 year Warranty on all complete roof replacements. In the unlikely event that you have a leak during your first 12 years, On Pitch Roofing supplies materials and labor at no cost to the Home Owner. Other Roofing companies can offer a 10-15 year warranty, but if they are not around after a few years, that warranty is useless. Many roofing companies close in the first few years of operation because they cut corners, compromising quality and workmanship.
Rain on Install Date, what now?
We will not open up a roof in the rain. With that said, we watch the weather very carefully and are able to open up sections of the roof that can be completed before any bad weather touches down.
